Henry Diltz, an American icon and extraordinary photographer whose lens captured the soul of a generation, is coming to Boston for a rare meet and greet and exhibit "Legends, Lenses and Luck" on Aug. 14 at 7pm at the Loft. As the official photographer for Woodstock and founding member of the famed Morrison Hotel Gallery, his photographs of The Doors, Joni Mitchell, Crosby, Stills & Nash, James Taylor, Paul McCartney, and countless others, have graced more than 250 album covers and magazines. At a very special engagement, you'll join Diltz himself for a meet and greet reception hosted by Emerson College President, Dr. Jay Bernhardt, followed by a slide show and stories about his extraordinary career. There will also be a complimentary public gallery showing from 10am-5pm earlier that day featuring approximately two dozen original photographs.
