Art in Motion presents Somewhere in the City, an exhibition of work by five Bristol-based artists, Betty Sargent, Chris Rose, Jeff Johns (aka local hero Big Jeff), Jonathan Barr Lindsey and Dave Pearce - all of whom have some form of disability, and have taken this chance to evolve their own practice while contributing their unique approach.
Honing in on a cluster of streets and lanes behind the Hippodrome and extending up to Red Lodge, this participatory arts and heritage project seeks to use research and investigation to explore an often overlooked yet historic area of Bristol.
