Founded in 1976 by a volunteer group of local residents determined not to see urban wasteland put into good use, the farm shows that the rural lifestyle need not feel miles away when you're in the city.
Along with the farmyard and gardens, it also boasts a playground, five-a-side pitch, children's day nursery, cafe and gift shop.
