Time Out says

Roving vegan street food van, serving all manner of meat-free delights, including pasties and salads

If you look carefully, you may be lucky enough to catch a sighting of The Spotted Leopard van on Alma Road. With the aim of making vegan food accessible to all, Louise Abel started pitching up in this spot when the licence was approved earlier this year. Formerly popping up at festivals, it seems the Spotless Leopard has found a slightly more permanent kingdom just off the bustling Whiteladies Road.

Everything on offer is vegan, from the pastry right down to the cakes, salads and coffees. The offering changes on a daily basis, but expect to be pleasantly surprised – this is creative vegan food at its best. Hearty pasties, Greek-style pastries, robust salads and delicious sweet treats will have you going back for more on a weekly basis (just check what days she will be there to avoid disappointment).

When not in the van, The Spotless Leopard can be found hosting vegan pop-up events, where you can expect to be served dishes like homemade chimichurri seitan steaks with cauliflower mash, charred asparagus and a hollandaise sauce.
