'Moulin Rouge' is Baz Luhrmann's sumptuous romantic musical following young writer Christian as he falls for the star of the Moulin Rouge in the bohemian capital of Parisian Montmartre.
Nominated for eight Oscars including 'Best Picture' and 'Best Actress' for Nicole Kidman, whilst also winning two for art direction and costume design, it's become an amusing, tragic and downright spectacular classic.
