Time Out says

Bristol’s docks are home to almost unending potential for boat trips, but it’s rare that you find yourself with the chance to ride the waves on a former fire-boat.

The Pyronaut served the city between 1934 and 1973, with its responsibilities particularly ramped-up throughout the Blitz of 1940-41, when Bristol’s warehouses, factories, shops and homes around the Floating Harbour were under constant attack.

This March, you’ll be able to hop aboard and watch in all its glory the powerful water cannon that served us so well. Trips last 30 minutes.
