Father's Day 2025 is a full-on celebration: delicious dishes, full glasses, and perfect excuses to say "I love you" in a gourmet way. From an elegant brunch at a five-star hotel to a slow-cooked rib feast, Buenos Aires is filled with plans for every dad's style.

For those who love the ritual of asado, those who get emotional over pasta like nonna used to make, or those who enjoy an after-dinner conversation with homemade flan and a glass of wine, here's a rundown of the best proposals for June 15th. Time to toast with family as it should be!

1. Cauce

In the heart of Puerto Madero, Cauce de los Fuegos stands out as a premium asador that combines tradition and modernity. For its charcoal-grilled cuisine, the restaurant has been recognized by the Michelin Guide 2024 for its gastronomic excellence and attention to detail.

To celebrate Father's Day, Cauce offers a special experience: from the evening of Saturday, June 14th, until Sunday, June 15th, when you order a bottle of Trapiche Gran Medalla wine, you'll receive another of equal quality to take home (not for consumption on-site). A perfect opportunity to share a toast at the restaurant and continue the celebration with family.

Among its highlighted dishes are the Asado Emperador, a whole rib slow-cooked for 14 hours, and the 500-gram ribeye, sourced from free-range Shorthorn cattle raised on their Ayacucho ranch. To accompany these, the menu offers options like creamy humita, grilled vegetables, and a trilogy of flans for dessert.

The experience is completed with a carefully curated wine selection by sommelier Celestino Rodríguez, and signature cocktails designed by Mona Gallosi, which include creations like the "Okinawa" drink, with sake, honey and lavender-infused gin, and pistachio syrup. Reservations: WhatsApp at +54 9 11 3311-3691 or by phone at 5032-2567.
