Constantia’s best wines, summer sunshine and garden-party perfection can be found at Cellars-Hohenort this November when the hotel hosts its first-ever Tastes of the Valley gathering.

It's set to be a lazy afternoon of unwinding in the hotel’s gorgeous gardens, while savouring six top Constantia estates: Beau Constantia, Eagles’ Nest, Buitenverwachting, Groot Constantia, Steenberg, and Constantia Glen - pouring their finest.

To keep things delicious, Chefs Tronette Dippenaar and Daniel Blignaut from The Conservatory are rolling out a line-up of small bites straight from their new summer menu.

Think West Coast oysters, seared salmon tataki, steak tartare, and seafood paella arancini, all paired with the perfect pour. And yes - there’s dessert (hello, berry pavlova and baked lemon curd).

Tickets are R485 per person, which includes tastings from all six wineries, a keepsake glass, and plenty of gourmet goodies.

Numbers are capped at just 100 guests across two sessions (12:00–15:00 or 14:00–17:00), so best grab your spot fast.

ICYMI: We recently visited Chefs Warehouse Beau Constantia to try their five-course set menu - here's what it was like.
