Time Out says

Located on the V&A Waterfront’s Breakwater Boulevard and overlooking the waters of Granger Bay, the Cape Wheel offers a 360-degree panoramic view of Cape Town – including Table Mountain, Robben Island, the city skyline, the Paarl Mountains and the DHL Stadium.

What to expect during your visit:

The Cape Wheel features 30 fully enclosed, air-conditioned cabins that take you 40 metres above the ground for a scenic 12- to 15-minute ride.

For those looking to elevate the experience (pun intended), the Cape Wheel also offers a Picnic in the Sky – where you can collect a picnic basket, fill it with your favourite goodies, and enjoy a meal with unmatched views.
