Recanto do Curioso (which first opened as The Toca) is a multidisciplinary space that brings together an English-language children’s bookshop and a ceramics studio, where you can either hand-build your own clay pieces or paint ready-made ones. Designed for both grown-ups and little ones, the project aims to nurture a sense of community and offer a place to explore hands-on, sensory creativity in an age increasingly dominated by technology.
