Time Out says

Inspired by the history of espionage and covert diplomacy that shaped the Cascais and Estoril coast during the Second World War, O’Culto opened on Travessa da Ressurreição with a selection of signature cocktails named after books and films from the world of spies, alongside high-quality petiscos. As well as operating as a regular bar – where upbeat music meets an intimate, welcoming atmosphere – it offers a discreet setting for bespoke private events. The space hosts everything from intimate celebrations and exclusive dinners to brand launches and tasting sessions created specially by the team.
