Butler Gastrobar

About to open, Butler Gastrobar is a place that aims to be "fun," "casual," and bring together "good food, good cocktails, good conversation, and good music," as described to Time Out by the space's manager, another Madeiran, Daniel Andrade. With extensive experience in five-star hotels and being responsible for other venues — Onofre at Vila Bicuda, Churrasqueira do Viveiro in Estoril and Cacau Gastrobar in Lisbon — the idea at Butler was to create a menu of shareable dishes.
