Until recently, Crust operated solely as a production unit, supplying dozens of restaurants and cafés across Greater Lisbon with its artisan breads and pastries. But in the summer of 2025, it finally opened its doors to the public for the first time – with a brand new space in Cascais. Here, you’ll find slow-fermented loaves in all shapes, sizes and colours, along with brioches, bagels and croissants. There’s also a menu of café favourites like toasties, salads, eggs Benedict and more – ideal for a lazy brunch or a midweek carb fix.
