Time Out says

The Rua Amarela (Yellow Street), right in the center of Cascais, has a new tenant named Senhor Manuel, a seafood bar that was born in the place of a traditional grocery store that used to be there. "We wanted to bring seafood, oysters, prawns, shrimp, and so on, and at the same time those characteristic products of a brewery - a good steak sandwich, a good croquette, a good tenderloin steak - and it seems to me that we are succeeding," says one of the owners, José Maria Vilar Gomes, confessing that one of the goals that early on became unanimous among the partners was to be known "as the place that has the best steak in Cascais." Besides all this, they decided to add "a touch of sophistication," that is, some dishes that are not typical of a brewery. Examples? The truffled croque-monsieur, the lobster in toasted brioche with avocado, spinach, and quail eggs, or the risottos, such as the carabinero shrimp or the green asparagus.
