The Cascais Food Lab hosts the “Christmas Sweets” workshop with chef Rita Nascimento – a morning dedicated to the treats that make the festive season so irresistible. Participants will learn how to make bolo-rainha truffles, speculoos crunchy yule log, ginger biscuits, shortbread, coscorões and mini toucinhos do céu.
