Vila Irming

A 15-minute drive from Stari Grad or Jelsa through the Pitve-Zavala road tunnel brings you to Sveta Nedjelja, a romantic wine and fishing village at the bottom of Sveti Nikola hill. There are two good restaurants, Tamaris and Bilo Idro, and one shop. The Privoras’ detached villa sits in the middle of a sheltered grove, imbued with the pure scent of pine and sea. Hammocks are hung in the garden, sun loungers just below, there’s a pebble beach and marina a minute away. There’s great free-climbing and a deserted lagoon five minutes away. Fire up the barbecue for freshly caught fish. The Privoras are happy to organise everything, including transfers to and from Hvar town.
