3 Day Social Media Blackout, $5 Select Classes! says
Do you remember life before social media and smartphones? We don’t either and we think we may miss it…so we’ve set out to collectively go 3 entire days without checking social media apps on our phones or on the computer! During these 3 days, we vow to abandon social media, do more yoga, bond as a community and spend time with friends in REAL life, and do some fun things that will refresh our spirits and help ease the widespread addiction that we have to our phones. We’ve planned activities to meet up during these 3 days, so that you don’t have to worry about what you’re gonna do now that you have all of this free time!

-Delete the apps from your phone, maybe even leave your phone at home?! Avoid your computer, unless you need it for work!
-No posting photos or statuses about all of the fun you’re having. The point is to re-learn how to live for the moment, not for “likes”!
-Show up to any events or classes below! You can jump in at any time
-Full paper schedules w/details are available at the STUDIO! Pick one up next time you're in!

*All classes on THIS schedule are $5 for anyone*

**Please note that all activities/food/drink are at your own expense**
