The Carr Center says
“ABC’s of Art,” is an art show with 52 artist (visual and poets). Each artist created a piece representing a letter from the alphabet, that they received through a blind pick. The poets will perform their piece opening night.

“ABC’s of Art,” was inspired by an horror movie, "ABC'S of Death," 26 director's, received a letter and each made an 10 minute short based on their letter. Needless to say, it was really interesting to watch, the different directorial styles and approaches. The movie itself represented, different culture's, artist and themes. The shorts, portrayed silent movies, animation and people speaking in their native tongue. Some of the shorts, were an exact representation were most were not. This is the essences of “ ABC’s of Art,” A variety of artist from different backgrounds and disciplines, come together and creating their interpretation of the alphabet.
