Eight Thursdays, January 21st- March 10th
New eight week winter series designed to support our embodiment, art-making, and sense of presence; providing a centering, meditative framework; creating opportunities for personal insight and interpersonal connection; and illuminating the vital and wise nature of our bodies.

Classes will include guided warm-ups drawing on Experiential Anatomy and other somatic investigations; exploration of moving and witnessing in Authentic Movement practice; structures for listening and responding through our bodies; and further reflection through art materials.

This Winter session is an opportunity for an introduction to those curious about the practice as well as a chance to deepen the investigation for those with experience. Come move, explore, uncover and discover the stories your body has to offer! Open to all -- no prior movement experience required.

Tuition: sliding scale of $120-160 (payment plans and some scholarships available upon request)
