The event creator says
A repeat of last year's Human Puzzle Piece - only better!

We're skipping Guinness this year. Less rules, more fun. More awareness. More media. More knowledge.

Cap off Autism Awareness Month with this fun and informative event. Join us in the parking lot at Mic Mac Park where we will gather, spread autism awareness, and join together in the shape of the world's largest Human Puzzle Piece for photos!

I have invited representatives from as many of the local autism organizations as I could think of, including Autism Ontario, Autism Services Inc, Children First, Family Respite Services, The Summit Centre, and many more. They will be on hand talking to families about the services and resources that they provide.

Around 4:00 we will get into puzzle formation and take some pictures. We're hoping to double last year's numbers and have close to 1000 people in our puzzle.

The Raising Autism Awareness group at the U of W will be hosting a BBQ to raise money for their awareness events, and I will have a table of assorted merchandise for sale as well, with proceeds going to The Summit Centre.

Mark your calendars and I look forward to seeing your faces on the 26th! :)
