Not only are they a music powerhouse, but they have crossed over into the world of movies and television with their most famous hits like, “Don’t Fear the Reaper,” featured in the movies “Halloween” and Stephen King’s “The Stand.” Most recently their lyrics and song/album titles served as inspiration and narrative for the J.K Rowling novel, “Career of Evil.”

Admission to the concerts is free and no advance tickets are necessary. Convenient parking is available for $5 per vehicle at the GM surface lot at the intersection of St. Antoine and Atwater, adjacent to the GMRENCEN. Only credit cards will be accepted.

Andiamo Detroit Riverfront will provide refreshment and food concessions at several locations across the plaza. Outside food, beverages or coolers will not be permitted. The Detroit Marriott at the Renaissance Center is the official hotel of Rockin’ on the Riverfront.
