ArtPrize Artist Loren Naji will live inside his 8-foot spherical sculpture, Emoh, for one month confronting homelessness, vacancy and our backwards system. Emoh, (home spelled backward) represents our planet earth and backward system.This event is the first stop on a multi-city tour confronting homelessness, vacancy and the environment. Emoh, an 8-foot diameter sphere made of debris from demolished homes is a temporary home for artist Loren Naji. He will live, sleep and eat inside his own art for one month as he continues his tour. Emoh, is also a future time capsule that is touring other cities and museums including the Museum of Contemporary Art Detroit. Visitors are encouraged to contribute personal items and letters to the time capsule.
