Holiday Mixology Night.
December 13th @7pm

The Orwell Public House and Behind The Wood presents a night of mix pair and sharing. Mixologist Mark Broad will create 4 specialty drinks and our chef Scott Wilson will be paring them with 4 hors d'ouerves. This event starts at 7pm and will run till approximately 10pm. Come by yourself, bring a friend or even a group of people. Tickets are limited so be sure to reserve your seat asap.
Tickets are $40/person.
Tickets include drinks and food.

*Aamchur sansyo seared diver scallop, saffron orange coulis.
*Roulade of Veal loin "saltimbocca"-stuffed with sage, prosciutto& Asiago cheese, chocolate balsamic reduction.
*Scotch Duck Egg, whiskey pork sausage and fresh mint gremolata.
*Seared confit pork belly, caramel orange gastrique and apple balsamic reduction.
