We would like to cordially invite you to our community meeting to discuss our Public Health Action Plan recommendations to improve the air quality in Detroit.
We need your input!
Detroiters Working for Environmental Justice, Detroit Hispanic Development Corporation, Southwest Detroit Environmental Vision and the University of Michigan’s School of Public Health have collected data and conducted research about the current air quality conditions in the city of Detroit, and now we want to know what YOU think about the mitigation strategies we have developed.
The first half hour of the meeting will give us an opportunity to network and eat some delicious snacks and refreshments.
The networking session will be followed by a panel of experts and several breakout sessions to ensure we get your input. During this meeting we will cover Buffers and Barriers, Indoor Air Filters, Renewable Energy and Idling Controls.
