Detroit IWW GMB says
We are gathering to ask consumers to withhold their hard earned wages from buying Driscolls strawberries, blueberries and blackberries. We' also urge you do call store managers at Whole Foods, Costco and other vendors of Driscoll’s and Nestlé [Häagen-Dazs & Yoplait Berry flavored Dairy Products]

Since Driscoll holds a near monopoly of the Strawberry markets under various subsidiaries and are sold under different brands as well, we are asking in Solidarity that we buy absolutely no Strawberries until Sakuma Bros (the grower of Dricoll's products - negotiates with Farm workers and their recognized bargaining agent, Familias Unidas por la Justicia.

We are asking that all who wish to attend, come and walk with us as we leaflet customers and urge them not to buy Driscoll's.

We have pledge cards, information relating to the farm conditions and Legal Advisors who have assured us of our rights under the NLRA.
