Light Box says
The practice of Authentic Movement invites us to enter in to a lived experience of our bodies; to explore the unique sensations, imagery, feelings, memories and the bold new possibilities that arise as we allow our individual bodies to speak. These classes will include a guided warm-up drawing on Experiential Anatomy; exploration of moving and witnessing in Authentic Movement practice; and further reflection through art materials. Though not required, feel free to bring a journal and any art supplies you particularly enjoy.
-- No prior movement experience is required! --

Eight Thursdays, September 15th - November 3rd
$120-$160 sliding scale (payment plan available upon request)

As a note, this is one of two series beginning at the same time -- if daytimes don't work for your schedule there's a Monday evening option, as well!
