Next Gen Volunteers: Book Sort At The Bar says
Meet up with NEXTGen Volunteers as we sort books for Experiencia Preparatory Academy!

We’ll be organizing donated books (feel free to bring books to donate!) by grade level and using Experiencia's cataloging system. The more we sort, the more Experiencia’s library grows and with it, their students' love of reading!

Your first drink is on us. Meet us at Union Street Bar in Midtown from 6:30-8:30 PM, and stay after for a NEXTGen Detroit Bar Night! More info here on the bar night:

Please bring books to donate for both Experiencia and Bookstock. And if you feel comfortable, bring your laptop for research and sorting purposes!

About Experiencia:
Experiencia Preparatory Academy is a public charter school in Midtown Detroit that prepares students of all backgrounds and levels of academic achievement to succeed in a global society. Students in grades K-12 become fluent in both English and Spanish in a safe learning environment that challenges them to explore, create, innovate, excel, and inspire greatness. Graduates are college-bound and career-ready, with the scholarship, character and leadership skills they need to be successful in a global society. The school will be open this fall with grades K-3, 8 and 9 growing to K-12 in the years to come. Our number one goal at Experiencia is student achievement and academic success for all.
