Rhythmic Hoop Dance
Combining dance, music, fitness, and rhythm into an inspiring flow of self-expression, hoop dance is enjoyable for all shapes, sizes, and skill levels. It can be modified for students with some mobility restrictions.

Classes are open to all students, and your registration fee for this special workshop INCLUDES a new hoop of your own!
Hooping build strength in the entire body and improves cordiovascular fitness. It is low impact and promotes proper body alignment and flexibility. It is inspiring, joyful, personal, and increases spatial awareness. The movement and flow builds positive self image and coordination.
This workshop will be taught by Veronica Carey, a Detroit based performer and teacher with over fifteen years experience helping students find their happy groove.
Sunday, March 29th 5:00pm - 7:00pm
$40 per participant (Includes a hoop! Woot!)
