Time Out says

A double feature not to be missed especially if you love good storytelling films :-) Film #1 - "Graveyard of the Great Lakes: A Shipwreck Hunter's Quest" is my 1st film & it's premiering at the 2nd annual Freep Film Festival on March 19th at 7:30 pm along Film #2 - my colleague at the Detroit Free Press Brian Kaufman & his film "Fire Photo #1" My film is about David Trotter, a 74-year-old shipwreck hunter & three of the many shipwrecks he's found in Lake Huron. Each shipwreck has interesting stories behind from an artist making a Civil War era ship come to life. The granddaughter re-discovering the heroics of her grandfather who saved sailors going down with the ship & a shipwreck survivor telling his horrifying tale. Brian's film "tells the story of unassuming, affable Bill Eisner, who has amassed a visual history of the Detroit Fire Department that’s been described as a priceless museum." Hope you can make it to our films, should be a great night! :-) For me it has been a most fun, challenging, rewarding & memorable experience shooting & editing my first, of what I hope to be many, films. You can get your tickets online & read more about the films here --> http://freepfilmfestival.com/schedule-of-films/opening-night-fire-water-double-feature/
