Description: Tai Chi is an internal art form which helps promote health and longevity. By the gentle turning of the hip, the vital organs are massaged increasing better circulation of the cardiovascular and lymphatic systems. Practicing Tai Chi reduces hypertension and boosts the immune system. The turning of the hip and the stretching of spine increases flexibility, improves concentration and provides meditation in motion.
James has been practicing and teching Tai Chi for well over 20 years as well as practicing Lok Hup Ba Fa, Hsing I, Bagua and Qi Gong. First under the Taoist Monk, Moy Lin Shin and then under different teachers in extensive travels in Southeast Asia.
