A year has passed since the restaurant Joz ve Loz has moved from its previous ownership into the fresh hands of Shai Kenigsberg and Naor Levy.

This weekend, the renovated restaurant will celebrate a special weekend with the experimental "live" format they have been developing over the past year: instead of a menu, orders and prices - the restaurant improvises and hosts customers as it sees fit.The kitchen is headed by chef Ido Kremsky, who surprises employees and customers and responds dynamically to what is happening in the restaurant. The same is true for the bar that pours drinks specials and wines freely.

At the end of this celebration, each patron can decide how much they want to pay - no minimum is necessary - and pay according to their will and the experience they had at the restaurant. For this weekend, the restaurant will operate under this spearheading format for three days - including Friday and Saturday afternoons.

A restaurant that operates in this way in Israel is certainly something new, special and surprising - especially when it comes to a longstanding culinary establishment, such as Joz ve Loz.
