Time Out says

Kick off Jerusalem’s Pride Week with a city-wide march of pride.

In a city entrenched in religious traditionalism, this August’s Jerusalem March for Pride and Tolerance will focus on the intersectional identities of religious observance and sexual orientation amongst residents and allies in the Holy City. While smaller than its iconic counterpart in Tel Aviv, the 16th annual parade attracts thousands of participants from all over the country, and promises to be a powerful celebration of pride. The march is part of Jerusalem’s Pride Week festivities, which include parties, art, and conversations by and with members of Jerusalem’s LGBTQ community and its allies. Come celebrate an event at the forefront of the progressive movement in Jerusalem.
