Ariel Pink’s Haunted Graffiti

This is actually Ariel Pink’s Haunted Graffiti’s second performance in Istanbul, the first being their show in Mısır Apartmanı in 2009, when they hadn’t yet signed with 4AD and reached their current level of popularity. Spearheaded by the part-genius part-mad Ariel Pink, the group went on to release one of 2010’s best albums, ‘Before Today’ (which includes the fantastic indie classic ‘Round and Round’), followed by this year’s ‘Mature Themes’ record. Don’t miss the chance to hear them perform at Babylon, where they take the stage at around 22.15. The opening act is by the Turkish duo Seni Görmem İmkansız, who blend classical Turkish melodies with electronic vibes.
