Ralph van Raat Plays John Cage

Dutch pianist Ralph van Raat performs an interpretation of John Cage’s post-WWII work ‘Sonatas and Interludes’ (1948), which is the result of Cage’s efforts to create a musical language that inverts the music representing post-war German idealism. A rare opportunity to witness the composer’s musical contributions while celebrating the 100^th year of his birth.
