Ghostly International Night: Shigeto, Heathered Pearls, Lord Raja

Babylon hosts Michigan-based record label Ghostly International, which specializes in house, avant-pop, ambient and techno. A musician who blends his jazz training with electronic music, Shigeto released his latest album Intermissionlast year. Also released in 2015, Heathered Pearls’s second album Body Complexsaw the artist deviate from his usual ambient sound towards a more techno-infused, danceable brand of music. The third performer of the night is Lord Raja, who blends hip hop rhythms with ambient and glitch. This Ghostly International showcase is a can’t-miss.
