Bistro is an eatery opened by Ali Selçuk and Murat Bozok within and at the same time as SALT Beyoğlu. This is an artsy eatery where minimal plates are offered to highlight the ingredients. Some of our recommendations include eggplant casserole (with mozzarella), hellim cheese (with strawberry jam and brioche), rocket salad with salmon and Mimolette cheese sandwich. Bistro also prepares menus served at the same time as exhibitions displayed at SALT Beyoğlu.
