This is a Turkish brand that does everything from pasteurising the milk to making the ice cream – even roasting the pistachios and hazelnuts sprinkled on top – right on their premises, untouched by man. The ice cream flavours are made with milk’s own fat and cream, without a trace of fructose, glucose or any other additives. And even though the brand is Turkish, the ice creams are Italian in style, with our favourites being the yogurt, tahini-walnut and brownie flavours as well as the tarfutto, torta ricotta, fontana and semifreddo ice cream cakes.
