Time Out says
If basing your opinions only on looks, it’s likely that you’d call Nar Pera a café and move on; what you’d miss is that it’s actually a fantastic restaurant with great specials. The lower level of this the two-storey restaurant, is converted into a club on weekends, while during the week, the venue can be booked for group meetings and dinners.
Beef tenderloins served with seasonal vegetables in soya sauce, soya sprouts, mushrooms, corn and cream sauce…and that sweet flavour you can taste is the honey in the sauce. Other favourites include yoghurt Kebab and Nar chicken (served with cream, fresh onions and soya sauce); while at lunchtime musakka, rice, and yoghurt are among the more economic options in the set menu.
With its stone walls, wooden tables, leather lounges and black antique refridgerator, Nar Pera is a cute venue. And when the weather has cooled, with a winter garden for you to sit in, Nar Pera will be your first choice in Asmalımescit.
