Şehzade does one thing and one thing only – cağ kebab – and it does it right. Hailing from the eastern province of Erzurum, cağ kebab is choice cuts of beef marinated in yogurt before being carefully roasted on a horizontal spit. Single cuts are cooked to perfection and served right away on the skewer. There are plenty of wonderful places to get döner in Istanbul, but if you only go to one place for spit-roasted meat, make sure it's Şehzade.
