Co-organized by Aş Projekt and Probador Colectiva, Çatal Bıçak Kahve (“Fork Knife Coffee”) is a pop-up food event that focuses on coffee and food pairing. Billed as the first event of its kind in Istanbul, Çatal Bıçak Kahve hosts daytime tastings that feature three recipes to accompany three different brews, as well as a design bazaar, workshops and discussions on coffee, culture, design and agriculture. There’s also a two-day dinner event featuring a four-course menu, but be warned that reservations are a must!
