Food and booze is pretty much on equal footing at this good-looking pub on Water Lane. There's a hint of the countryside to it, too. The real ale selection on the pumps is excellent, with at least four options - all very well kept - and there's similar effort put into their wines and spirits, too. Food wise, it's British food using the best Yorkshire produce possible. The Sunday roasts are very popular.
