Birra Moretti has long been connected with the UK street food movement. Over the last decade the Italian brewing company has been involved with a number of popular events including Street Feast, Urban Food Festival, Pizza in the Piazza and more.

Having started in Edinburgh on July 9, its latest pop-up food and drink festival – the Birra Moretti Gran Tour – will soon be calling at Leeds, setting up an Italian street market at Leeds Town Hall from July 30-August 2.

The Gran Tour will provide an opportunity for leading Italian street vendors to showcase their skills and signature dishes, including ArancinaThe Pizza Fella, Ipsum Vinoteca and Tigellae

Visitors will be able to experience authentic Italian cuisine from a selection of regions across Italy, including pizza from Naples and lamb from Abruzzo, accompanied by live music from top DJs and, of course, the opportunity to wash the food down with Birra Moretti's range of Italian beers.

If the food inspires you enough to tackle some of these dishes yourself, the Gran Tour has also introduced a series of master classes where you can learn to make the great food you have tasted.
