The brass band game has never been bigger, these days tinged with more urban styles of music to make the tunes recognisable, fun and to turn them into sure-fire party pieces.

Broken Brass Ensemble combines traditional New Orleans brass with hiphop, balkan, funk, fanfare and more - but unlike many of their contemporaries, their sets aren't just filled with just pimped-up covers, but also originals packed with swinging brass and tight percussion.
