It's mostly bird at this Central Arcade rotisserie, with free-range flyers (from Sykes House Farm) twirling on the spits behind the open plan kitchen and counter. The quarter, half and whole chickens are complemented by sticky wings, autumn salads and sides including fries, char-grilled sweet potato wedges and homemade coleslaw.
Sundays welcome the beasts. The traditional roasts include sirloin of beef, pork belly and chicken, served with Yorkshire puddings, roast potatoes, mixed greens, buttered carrots, cauliflower cheese and house stuffing.
