Time Out says

For years it stood abandoned – a hulking eyesore by the sea on the Guincho road. It played host to outdoor workouts, picnics and photo shoots, but also fell victim to graffiti and vandalism. Raio Verde is now Maré, José Avillez’s restaurant. The menu leans contemporary while still tipping its hat to tradition. To drink, there are signature cocktails and a well-curated wine list. On the food front, you might kick things off with a tuna cone with spicy soy or marinated sea bass with red onion and avocado – or stick with classics such as clams Bulhão Pato-style and Cascais bruxinhas. There are small plates, salads and grill dishes, all with a twist. The sea bass, for instance, is served sliced with olive oil, chives and lemon, as is the corvina. The menu also makes room for hearty rice dishes like carabineiro prawn, crab and clam rice, or the Maré-style cataplana with Ribeira mint. Among the meat options, the sirloin steak with coffee sauce and chips stands out.
