Probably the best restaurant in the Bairro Alto, this place has remained so cool for two decades that it has never even bothered to build a website. The dishes are original – try the lobster açorda (bread stew) that gives the place its name – and the decoration and atmosphere are unique in the area. A little pricier than other restaurants nearby, but definitely worth it.
