William

William is a restaurant in the Reid’s Palace hotel, part of the Belmond Hotel group. The restaurant won its Michelin star a few years ago when chefs Luís Pestana and Joachim Koerper were at the helm, and it continues to shine. The focus here is on Madeiran produce: regional mirlitons, island organic meat and passion fruit are on offer with a dash of haute cuisine.
