After having made stops in cities such as Rome, Paris and Tel Aviv, the exhibition 'Brueghel: The Fascinating World of Flemish Art' comes to Madrid's Palacio de Gaviria. It's a great opportunity to get to know the legacy of a saga that marked the history of European art between the 15th and 17th centuries. With an ample selection of works by the most prominent members of the artistic Brueghel family – Pieter Brueghel the Elder, Pieter Brueghel the Younger, Jan Brueghel the Elder, Jan Brueghel the Younger, Jan Pieter Brueghel, Abraham Brueghel and Ambrosius Brueghel – the show also provides a more complete vision of the pictorial context of their time thanks to representative pieces by approximately 20 other artists, including Rubens, Bosch and David Teniers the Younger.
