This Ricard-Bofill designed auditorium looks to have been purpose-built for a symphony orchestra, but that doesn't mean pop and rock acts can't make use of it. Antony and the Johnsons played here, as did the Woody Allen New Orleans Band. Crosby and Nash defied the security guards to pull the audience on stage. Various awards ceremonies are held here, from the Goyas (the Spanish Oscars) to the annual Canadian Aboriginal Music Awards.
