This likeable, cramped café with a lovely façade is good for coffee and cake (chocolate or carrot), though prices are a tad high. Head upstairs to a low-beamed room with red leather chairs and old opera posters, overlooking the plaza. The café was a particular haunt of intellectuals, artists and actors in the '80s, but it's popular with a wider crowd these days.
